Temporary Laser Operator

We are currently looking to recruit a Temporary Laser Operative to join an established team.

We are seeking a reliable, efficient Laser Operator who will be reporting to our Preparation Team Leader. The successful candidate will be safety focused with an emphasis on quality, a dedication to performing work accurately, and a keen attention to detail.

 Essential Experience:

•  Previous experience operating laser, preferably Trumpf.
• Good attention to detail / quality
• Good communication skills and ability to meet deadlines

 

Ideal Experience:

•  Overhead crane and FLT operating experience
• Experience operating power tools

 

Personal Qualities Required:

• Ability to work proactively as part of a team assisting in the development of new systems and procedures.
• A good verbal communicator.

 

This is a temporary position which offers the following benefits:

• Good rate of pay
• 37 hour working week
• Pro-rata 33 days holiday per year (25 days + 8 statutory)
